Act of 2 December 1991, repealing the Act for the Formal Training Fund

All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we have taken into account that the long-term personal possession of small savers is being sufficiently promoted in a manner other than the measures provided by the Act for the Conservation Fund and that it is therefore desirable to repeal it;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
The Law Of The Proprietor Of The Property ( Stb. 1977, 194) shall be repealed. The funds of the Bezitsforming Fund shall be deposited in the 'Rijks' treasury.
1 A loan as referred to in Article 5 of the Act of Sickness Insurance, on which the redemption at the time of entry into force of this Act has not yet been completed, shall be governed by the Act of Sickness Insurance Institution as it was worded before that date, with Except that:
a. Repayment by way of derogation from the provisions of Article 4, second paragraph, introductory wording and part B , from the Act of Orm Forming Fund in ' s Rijks greenhouse is being deposited and
(b) a sum to be recovered under the provisions of Article 9 of the Act, by way of derogation from the provisions of the first paragraph of that Article, in the case of the payment of the funds in the case of the cash-in.
2 If Our Minister for Living, Wisdom and Integration takes part after the date of entry into force of this Act, in the loss arising from a guaranteed loan as referred to in Article 10 of the Act of Sickness Insurance Fund (Wet), for which at that time the second paragraph of that article A That period of not more than 30 years has not yet expired, that participation shall be governed by the Act of Education, acting as it was before that date, except that by way of derogation from the provisions of Article 4, third paragraph, introductory wording and part B And 10, first paragraph, of that Act, the expenditure arising from that participation shall be chargeable to the State's treasury.
3 Premisions as referred to in Article 13 of the Act of Conservation of Savings, purchased before 1 January 1991, shall be governed by the Act of Sickness Insurance Institution as it was before the date of entry into force of this Act, with Except that:
(a) that premium, by way of derogation from Article 13 (1), first paragraph, Article 14, third paragraph, and Article 14 A of the Law of the Conservation Development Fund shall be borne by the Rijks cashier;
(b) for the purposes of Article 14 A of the Law Conservation Fund does not take a check on particular circumstances and
By way of derogation from the first paragraph of that Article, a premium to be recovered under the terms of Article 15 of the Sickness Insurance Fund shall be paid into the Treasury.
This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the State Sheet where it is placed.
Burdens and orders that are in the State Sheet will be placed, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
