Law of 30 September 1954 establishing a product for spirit drinks
We JULIANA, at the grace of God, Queen of the Netherlands, Princess of Orange-Nassau, etc., etc., etc.
All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable to proceed, in accordance with the opinion of the Economic and Social Affairs Council, on the establishment of a product as defined in the Law of the Business Organization ( Stb. 1950, K 22, since amended) for enterprises in the manufacture of and trade in spirits, malt wine and spirits;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
1 There is a Product for Spirits Drinks.
2 The product shall have its seat in Schiedam.
1 The product is set up for the undertakings in which:
Spiritus, malt wine, or spirit drinks are prepared;
the trade-with the exception of the landing, transit and triangular trade-shall be carried out in spirit, malt wine or spirits;
-distilled beverages per glass.
2 In the first paragraph, the following definitions shall apply:
Distilled Beverages: alcoholic products which, whether or not processing or processing, can be used for human consumption and for which excise duty is due in the case of consumption or consumption here, with the exception of spirituous beverages and Malt wine;
Spiritus: Spiritus, which is disposed of as raw material for the preparation of spirit drinks.
3 In this Act, with the exception of Articles 3 and 8 , under Trade 'efficacy of intermediaries'.
The Board of Directors of the product consists of 28 members. The following are hereby appointed:

1 The product is left to the scheme or further arrangement of the following subjects:
(a) matters relating to economic movement between different stages of production and marketing, including, if or to the extent defined by the Commission, the prices;
(b) the registration of the undertakings for which the product is established;
(c) providing the information necessary for the performance of the task of the product;
d. the inspection of books and records and visits for the performance of the task of the product, and the incorporation of company resources and supplies of undertakings.
2 As matters referred to in the preceding paragraph, A The following shall not be regarded as:
(a) the establishment, extension and closure of undertakings;
b. The import and export.
3 Regulations on the subjects referred to in paragraph 1 do not cover the landing, transit and triangular trade.
4 Regulations on matters referred to in the first paragraph, C and Ed , keep in place safeguards against misuse of the information to be provided pursuant to those Regulations.
Infringements of the provisions of, or under any of the provisions of, Article 93, First paragraph, of the Law on Business Organization ( Stb. The regulation adopted in 1950, K 22, since amended, may be designated as criminal offences by the Regulation.
On a land-based basis Article 93, First paragraph, of the Law on Business Organization (a) Regulation may be laid down to bind the natural and legal persons referred to or pursuant to that Regulation other than the natural and legal persons referred to in that Article, in so far as such acts are carried out, to be engaged in business in the undertakings for which the product is established.
1 Regulations under which Article 126, First paragraph, of the Law on Business Organization a levy is imposed on a purpose other than cover for the operating expenses of the product, by way of derogation from the third paragraph of that Article, the approval of Our concerned Ministers; (v) immediately after its adoption to the Economic and Social Council, has been notified.
2 The establishment of a fund in the interests of the company's benefit is to be decided by a Regulation. Such a regulation requires the approval of Our Concerted Ministers.
3 The Ministers concerned may provide for decisions to be made by a fund in the interests of the company's own business.
1 By way of derogation from Article 3 consists of the management of the product during the first parliamentary term of 17 members, of which are appointed:

2 In the case of a general measure of management, it may be determined that the first paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to subsequent periods of siting.
For the purposes of this Act and of the Articles 94 , 100 , third member, and 104, 2nd paragraph, of the Law on Business Organization in relation to the product, the Ministers concerned are considered our Minister for Economic Affairs and, in cases to be determined by general management, our Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
This law can be cited as Composition Law Product for Spirits Drinks.
This law will enter into force on a date to be determined by Us.
Burdens and orders, which are in the State Sheet will be placed, and that all Ministerial Departments, Authorities, Colleges and Officials, who so concern, will keep their hands on the precise execution.
