In this regard, we considered that it is necessary to implement Directive No 3. 2005 /32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 6 July 2005 on the establishment of a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-using products and amending Directive 92 /42/EEC and Directives 96 /57/EC and 2000 /55/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (PbEU L 191), in the Environmental Environment Act include a scheme in order to meet the requirements of ecodesign for energy-using products and in connection therewith Energy Saving Equipment Act and the Law on economic crimes to be amended;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
1 After the entry into force of this Law, the Rc efficiency requirements decision-boilers , the Decision energy efficiency standards refrigeration and freezing equipment and the Energy efficiency requirements decision on switching devices for fluorescent lamps Include: Article 9.4.4, first paragraph, of the Environmental Protection Act .
2 Cv boilers, refrigeration and freezing equipment, ballasts for fluorescent lamps, to which one of the acts referred to in paragraph 1 applies, shall be regarded as categories of energy-related products, designated as a result of the Article 9.4.4, second paragraph, of the Environmental Protection Act .
This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree, which may be adopted in a different way for the various articles or parts of such articles.
This law is cited as: Implementation Act EC-environmental design directive-energy-consuming products.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
