1 From the date of reclassification, the municipalities of Benthuizen, Hazerswoude, Koudekerk aan den Rijn, Leimuiden, Moerkapelle, Nieuwveen, Rijnsaterwoude, Woubrugge, Zevenhoven and Zevenhuizen shall be abolished.
2 The following new municipalities shall be formed as from the date of reclassification:
a. Rowneveld , consisting of the area of the municipalities to be removed from Benthuizen, Hazerswoude, subject to parts of the area of that municipality which pass to the municipality of Boskoop, and Koudekerk aan den Rijn, and from parts of the municipality Zoeterwoude and the municipalities of Zoetermeer and Alphen aan den Rijn, on the understanding that the border of the new municipality of Rijneveld is to run as follows:
1 °. Border with the municipality Zoeterwoude.
From the point of intersection of the borders of the municipalities of Leiderdorp and Zoeterwoude, and the municipality of Hazerswoude, the new frontier follows the borders between the municipalities of Hazerswoude and Benthuizen to be removed and the municipality Zoeterwoude to the First Tocht, i.e. up to the point of intersection with the eastward extension of the border between the plots, cadastral known commune of Zoeterwoude, section D, No (1) No 1 864 and No 1 885, of the extended and the limits followed between, on the one hand, land cadre of land known to the municipality Zoeterwoude, Section D, nr. 1 885 and on the other hand, the parcels, cadastral known as 'Zoeterwoude', Section D, No 1 864, 1 865, 1 866, 2 027 and 1 883, and the same extended to the border between the municipalities Zoetermeer and Zoeterwoude.

Next, the new frontier follows the borders between the plots, cadastral known municipality Zegwaart, Section A, No. 793 and 716 and on the other hand, the parcels, cadastral known as 'Zegwaart', Section A, No 718, 753 and 752, and subsequently the extension to the border between Zoetermeer municipality and the municipality of Benthuizen to be removed, followed until the border between the municipalities of Zoetermeer and Bleiswijk.
3 °. The border with the municipality Bleiswijk.
From the date of A , under 2 °, the new border follows the line between the municipality of Benthuizen to be removed and the municipality of Bleiswijk to the border between the municipality of Bleiswijk and the municipality of Moerkapelle to be removed.
4 °. Border with the new municipality of Moerhuizen.

6 °. Border with the municipality of Uithoorn.

7 °. Border with the municipality Ter Aar.

From the date of B , under 7 °, the new frontier follows the frontier between the municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn and the municipality of Woubrugge to be removed up to the border between the municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn and the municipality of Koudekerk on the Rhine to be removed.
c. Newveen , consisting of the area of the communes of Nieuwveen and Zevenhoven to be removed, as well as parts of the area of the municipality of Leimuiden to be removed, on the understanding that the border of the new municipality of Nieuwveen is to be run as follows:
1 °. Border with the municipality Ter Aar.

4 °. Border with the municipality of Uithoorn.

As from the date of reclassification, the boundaries of the municipalities to be referred to below shall be changed in accordance with the procedures laid down in each individual.

To the area of the municipality Alkemade In the area of the Municipality of Woubrugge and in the area of the municipality of Leiderdorp parts of the municipality of Alkemade, it will be added to the area of the municipality of Warmond, so that the new frontier of the municipality of the municipality of Alkemade is part of the area. In the area to which this law applies, the State Police Department shall remain the same as the one on the day preceding the date of reclassification to the date on which our Minister of Justice set up that Korps organisation. compliance with the provisions of Article 13 of the Polition Law has brought it.
The final border description shall be recorded by our Minister of Home Affairs, if necessary within one month of the entry into force of this Act.
This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
Burdens and orders that are in the State Sheet will be placed, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
