All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:

In this regard, we have taken the view that it is desirable to change the municipal classification of Waterland.

In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:


§ 1. Border changes

  • 1 From the date of reclassification, the municipalities of Broek in Waterland, Ilpendam, Jisp, Katwoude, Landsmeer, Marken, Monnickendam, Wormer and Wijdewormer will be abolished.

  • 2 The following new municipalities shall be formed as from the date of reclassification:

    • A. Water land , consisting of the area of the municipalities to be removed in Waterland, Katwoude, Marken, Monnickendam, Ilpendam, subject to the parts to be classified in the municipality of Purmerend and the new municipality of Landsmeer, and from Landsmeer, except where the part which is assigned to the new municipality of Landsmeer, on the understanding that the border of the newly formed municipality of Waterland is to be run as follows:

      • 1. Grens with the municipality Purmerend

        From the point where the western direction of the border between the plots, cadabeam known municipality of Ilpendam, section B, is extended. 1083 and 957 the border between parcels, cadastral known municipality of Ilpendam, Section B, No 1182 and 1183 touches, follows the new municipal border as extended to the point where the border of the plots, cadastral known municipality of Ilpendam, Section B, No 1083, 957 and 1109 gather, by cutting down the parcels, known as the commune of Ilpendam, Section B, No 1183 and 1109. From this point onwards, the new municipal border follows the border between plots, cadabeam known municipality of Ilpendam, Section B, No. 1083 and 957, and subsequently the eastward extension of this frontier to the existing frontier between the communes of Purmerend and Ilpendam is reached, cutting down the plots, cadastral known municipality of Ilpendam, Section B, No. 1113 and 1161. From this point, the new municipal border follows the existing boundary between the municipalities of Ilpendam and Monnickendam, on the one hand, and the municipality of Purmerend, on the other hand, to the point where the boundaries of the municipalities of Purmerend, Edam-Volendam and Monnickendam together come.

      • 2. Grens with the municipality of Edam-Volendam

        From that point on, the municipal border follows the existing border between the municipalities of Monnickendam and Katwoude, on the one hand, and the municipality of Edam-Volendam, on the other, to reach the point where the borders of the plots, cadastral known commune of Katwoude, are known. Section B, No 231, Section A, No 920 and 919 and Municipality of Edam, Section D, No 6930 and 8365 come together.

        Next, the new municipal border is formed by the border between the plots, cadastre known municipality Katwoude, Section A, nr. 920, Edam municipality, Section D, No 9841, 9839 and 9836 on the one hand, and the parcels, cadastral known commune of Katwoude, Section A, nr. 919, Edam municipality, Section D, No 9840, 9838 and 9837, on the other hand, to the point where the land borders are known as the municipality of Edam, Section D, No. 9836, 9837 and 6711 and Municipality of Katwoude, Section A, nr. 874 taken together.

        From that point onwards, the new municipal border in the east follows the existing boundary between the municipalities of Edam-Volendam and Katwoude to the point where the borders of the plots, cadastral known municipality Edam, Section D, No. Nos 7271 and 5093 and Katwoude municipality, Section A, No 903 and 914 come together.

        The border of the newly formed municipality of Waterland follows the border between the plots, cadastral known municipality Katwoude, Section A, No. 914, 805, 916, 297, 549, 728, 685, 784, 802, 836, 909, 908, 904, 902, 900, 898 and 896, on the one hand, and parcels, cadastral known municipality Katwoude, Section A, No 903, 901, 899, 897 and 895, on the other, to the point where the boundaries of the parcels, cadastral known commune of Katwoude, Section A, is reached. 895 and 896 and Markerwaard municipality, Section V, No 37 and 38 come together.

      • 3. Grens in the IJsselmeer

        From the latter point, the border of the newly formed municipality of Waterland follows a straight line to the point with coordinates x 136,378,50 and y = 501.166.91. Next, the new municipal border is formed by the existing county border via the coordinates x 138,950,00 and y = 497,650,00, x = 141.276,00 and y = 492,000.00, x 138,000,00 and y = 492,000,00 and x = 134,029,81 and y = 489.022,36. From that point, the new municipal border follows a line to the point with coordinates x = 133,708.30 and y = 491,825,92. Next, the new municipal border follows a line to the point where the plots, cadastral known commune of Markercommodity, Section V, No Nos 38 and 41 and Amsterdam municipality, Section K, No 7143 and 7142 come together.

      • 4. Grens with the municipality of Amsterdam

        From the latter point, the border of the newly formed municipality of Waterland follows the border between the plots, cadastral known commune of Markerwaard, Section V, nr. 38 and Municipality of Amsterdam, Section K, nr. 7143 to the existing border between the municipalities of Broek in Waterland and Amsterdam is reached. From this point onwards, the new municipal border follows this existing frontier to the point where the plots, cadastral known municipality Ransdorp, Section A, are 988 and 982 and City of Broek in Waterland, Section C, No 1148 come together. From this point onwards, the new municipal border follows the border between plots, cadastral known municipality Ransdorp, Section A, No. 982, 1068, 1081, 986, 1077, 1076, 1077, 985, 983, 88, 83, 82, Nieuwendam municipality, Section C, No 798, 797, 796, 795, 595, 737, 535, 667, 736 and 80, on the one hand, and the parcels, cadastral known municipality of Ransdorp, Section A, nr. 988, Nieuwendam municipality, Section C, No. 7, 706 and 743 on the other until the existing border between the municipalities of Amsterdam and Broek in Waterland is reached. From this point onwards, the new municipal border follows this existing frontier to the point where the parcels, cadastral known municipality of Nieuwendam, section B, No 889 and 63 and municipality of Broek in Waterland, section B, nr. 21 together. From that point onwards, the new municipal border shall follow the border between plots, cadastral known municipality of Nieuwendam, Section B, No. 889, 903, 885, 888, 897, 733 and 896, on the one hand, and the parcels of the same municipality and Section No 63 on the other hand, until the northern part of the parcel of the said municipality and Section No 887. From this vertex the new municipal border goes in a straight line to the northernmost vertex of the plot, cadaradius known municipality of Nieuwendam, section B, nr. 894, cutting down the parcels of the said municipality and section, 63, 489 and 797. From this vertex the new municipal border follows the border between the plots, cadastre known municipality of Nieuwendam, section B, no. 894, 895, 884, 886, 821, 820, 819, 883, 817, 802, 882, 798, 795, 790, Landsmeer (Landsmeer), Section C, No. 1328 on the one hand and the parcels, cadastral known municipality of Nieuwendam, Section B, No Lake Landsmeer, Section C, 797, 796, 1284, on the other hand, to the northern part of the plot of the latter municipality and Section No 1284. From this point onwards, the new municipal border follows a straight line in the northbound direction of the border between the plots, cadastral known as Landsmeer, Section C, points. 1328 and 1284 to the southern frontier of the plot of the said municipality and section No 1289, cutting the parcel from the same municipality and section No. 1328. From this point onwards, the new municipal border follows the border between plots, cadabeam known as Landsmeer, Section C, points. 1289, 1327, 1326, 1265, 1268, 1256, on the one hand, and parcels, cadastral known as Landsmeer, Section C, No 1328 and 1281, on the other, to the point where the northbound direction of the parcel between the said municipality and Section Nos. 1033 and 1281 the southern border of the plot of the same municipality and section No. 1256 touches. From this point follow the new boundary mentioned extended and further the boundary between plots, cadastre known municipality Landsmeer, section C, No. 1033, 1290, 1291 and 1222, on the one hand, and the parcels of the said municipality and section, No 1281 on the other hand, until the existing border between the municipality of Amsterdam and Landsmeer is reached. From this point onwards, the new municipal border follows this existing frontier to the point where the plots, cadabeam known as Landsmeer, Section D, No 2897 and 2898 and municipality of Amsterdam, section AQ, No 2143 and 2144 come together.

      • 5. Grens with the new municipality of Landsmeer

        From the latter point, the new municipal border follows the border between the plots, cadastral known as Landsmeer, Section D, No. 2897, Municipality of Landsmeer, Section B, No 2892 and 2894 on the one hand and the plots, cadastral known as Landsmeer, Section D, nr. 2898, Section B, No 2893 and 2895, on the other hand, to the point of parcels, cadastral known as Landsmeer, Section B, No 2894 and 2895 and Municipality of Ilpendam section F, No 851 and 852 come together. The border of the newly formed municipality of Waterland follows the border between the plots, the cadastral known municipality of Ilpendam, Section F, No. 851, Ilpendam municipality, Section E, No 2410, 2408, 2405, 2403, and Municipality of Ilpendam, Section B, No 1184 and 1182 on the one hand, and parcels, cadastral known as Ilpendam, Section F, No 852, Ilpendam municipality, Section E, No 2409, 2407, 2406, 2404 and Ilpendam municipality, Section B, No 1185 and 1183, on the other hand, to the point where this limit has been established.

    • 9 B. Landsmeer , consisting of the area of the municipality of Ilpendam to be removed, subject to the parts to be classified in the municipality of Purmerend and the new municipality of Waterland, and from the municipality of Landsmeer to be removed, subject to the part which is to be classified to the new municipality of Waterland and part of the municipality of Amsterdam, on the understanding that the border of the new municipality of Landsmeer to be formed is to run as follows:

      • 1. Grens with the new to form the municipality of Wormerland

        From the point where the borders of the municipalities Purmerend, Ilpendam and Wijdewormer come together, the border follows the existing boundary between the municipality of Wijdewormer, on the one hand, and the municipality of Ilpendam, on the other hand, to the point at which the boundaries of the municipalities Ilpendam, Oostzaan and Wijdewormer come together.

      • 2. Grens with the municipality of Oostzaan

        From the first point of point 1, the border follows the existing frontier between the communes of Ilpendam and Landsmeer on the one hand, and Oostzaan and Amsterdam on the other, to the point where the borders between the plots, cadastral known as the Landsmeer municipality, section A, No 3015 and Municipality of Amsterdam, section AN, nr. 1855 and Section AP, No 2845 come together. From this point follow the border in south-easterly towards the border between plots, cadabeam known municipality of Amsterdam, section AN, nr. 1855 on the one hand and Section AP, No. 2845 and 3032, on the other hand, to the point of parcels, cadastral known municipality of Amsterdam, section AN, No 1855, 1854 and Section AP, No 3032 and 3033 come together.

      • 3. Grens with the municipality of Amsterdam

        From the latter point, the border of the newly formed municipality of Landsmeer follows the border between the plots, cadaradius known municipality of Amsterdam, section AP, No. 3032, 3027, 3025, 3024, 3022 and 3030 and Section AQ, No 2118, 2107, 2112, 2102, 2111, 2113, 2116, 2119, 2126, 2121, 2126, 2131, 2132, 2135, 2157, 2158, 2151, 2152 and 2143, on the one hand, and Amsterdam municipality, section AP, No 3033, 3028, 3026, 3028, 3023 and 3046 and Section AQ, No 2117, 2106, 2105, 2108, 2103, 2110, 2114, 2115, 2120, 2123, 2124, 2125, 2122, 2127, 2130, 2133, 2136, 2138, 2140, 2153, 2154 and 2144, on the other, to reach the existing boundary between the municipalities of Landsmeer and Amsterdam.

      • 4. Grens with the new to form municipality of Waterland

        This limit shall be determined as defined in point A (5) of this Article, second paragraph.

      • 5. Grens with the municipality Purmerend

        From the point where the western direction of the border between the plots, cadabeam known municipality of Ilpendam, section B, is extended. 1083 and 957 the border between parcels, cadastral known municipality of Ilpendam, Section B, No 1182 and 1183 touches, follows the new municipality in a northerly direction the border between the two latter plots, to be after approx. 350 meters to bend in general western direction, then after approx. 300 meters to bend in general northern direction to the point where the new municipal border touches the existing boundary between the municipalities of Ilpendam and Purmerend (north side of the Amsterdam-Enkhuizen railway line), where the plots, cadastral known Municipality of Ilpendam, Section B, No 1182, 1148, 991, 992, 289, 657, 1052, 1014, 1012, 654, 1012, 632, 1012, 62, 1012, 1188, 1187, 997, 1187, 997, 1009, 1010, 1009, 1051, 1050, Ilpendam section, Section A, No 991 and 1300, are intersected.

        From this point onwards, the new municipal border in a western direction follows the existing border between the municipalities of Ilpendam and Purmerend until the point is reached where this border definition is caught.

    • 9 C. Wormerland , consisting of the area of the communes to be removed, subject to the section to the municipality of Graft-De Rijp, Wormer, subject to the section which goes to the municipality of Graft-De Rijp, and Wijdewormer, and from one part of the Municipality Purmerend, except that the border of the newly formed municipality of Wormerland comes to walk as follows:

      • 1. Grens with the municipality Beemster

        From the point at which the borders of the plots, cadastral known commune of Purmerend, Section E, No 2185 and 2186 and Beemster, Section D, No 2937, the new municipal border in western and north-western directions follows the existing boundary between the municipalities of Purmerend and Jisp, on the one hand, and the municipality of Beemster on the other, to the point at which the borders of the plots, cadastration, Jisp, section B, no. 465 and 466 and Municipality of Beemster, Section F, No 1193 come together.

      • The new municipal border follows the border between the plots, cadastral known commune of Jisp, Section B, No. 465, 467, 474, Section A, No. 197 on the one hand, and the Municipality of Jisp, Section B, No 466, 475, Section A, nr. 196 on the other hand, to the point where the borders of parcels, cadastral known commune of Jisp, Section A, No 195, 196 and 197 come together.

      • 2. Grens with the municipality of Graft-De Rijp

        From the latter point, the new municipal border follows the border between plots, cadastral known commune of Jisp, Section A, points. 197 and 199, on the one hand, and the parcels of the latter municipality and Section, 195 and 198, on the other hand, to the point at which the borders of the parcels, cadastral known commune of Jisp, Section A, No 198 and 199 and the municipality of Graft, Section D, nr. 2235 come together. From this point onwards, the new municipal border in southern and then in a western direction follows the existing boundary between the municipalities of Graft-De Rijp and Jisp to the point where the boundaries of the plots, cadastral known commune of Jisp, Section A, No 200 and 205 and the municipality of Graft, Section E, nr. 142 to come together. Next, the new municipal border is formed by the border between the plots, cadastre known commune of Jisp, Section A, No. 200 and 205 to the most western corner point of the plot of the latter municipality and section, no. 200. From the latter point, the new municipal border follows the border between plots, cadastral known commune of Jisp, Section A, points. 200, 202, Section B, No 476 and 473 on the one hand and the plots, cadastral known commune of Jisp, Section A, No 201 and 203, Section B, No 477 on the other hand, until the existing frontier with the municipality of Wormer is reached. From the latter point, the new municipal border follows the existing boundary between the communes of Wormer and Jisp to the point where the land borders known as Jisp, Section B, section B, are known. 473 and Wormer, Section A, No 1063 and 1087 come together.

        The new municipal border is set up by the border between the plots, known as the commune of Wormer, Section A, of the plots of the land. 1063, 1088 and 1090, of the one part, and the municipality Wormer, Section A, No 1087 and 1089, on the other, to the point at which the borders of parcels, cadastral known commune of Wormer, Section A, No 1089, 1090 and 1098 come together.

      • 3. Grens with the municipality of Zaanstad

        From the latter point, the new frontier is formed by the existing border between the municipalities of Wormer and Zaanstad to the point at the borders of the plots, cadastral known as the municipality of Wormerveer, Section A, nr. 6886 and Municipality Wormer, Section A, No 1092 and 1098 come together. Next, the new municipal border is formed by the border between the plots, cadastral known commune of Wormer, Section A, No. 1091 and 1094 on the one hand, and the municipality Wormer, Section A, No 1092 and 1093, on the other, to the point at which the borders of parcels, cadastral known communes Wormer, Section A, No 1093 and 1094, and Municipality of Wormerveer, Section A, nr. 6792 taken together.

        From the latter point, the new municipal border follows the existing border between the communes of Wormer and Wijdewormer on the one hand, and Zaanstad and Oostzaan, on the other, to the point where the plots, cadastral known municipality of Oostzaan, Section E, No 1358 and 1359 and Wijdewormer section D, No 411 to come together.

      • 4. Grens with the municipality of Oostzaan

        From the latter point, the border follows the existing boundary between the communes of Oostzaan and Wijdewormer to the point where the boundaries of the municipalities of Oostzaan, Ilpendam and Wijdewormer come together.

      • 5. Grens with the new to form municipality Landsmeer

        From the latter point, the border follows the existing boundary between the communes of Wijdewormer and Ilpendam to the point where the boundaries of the municipalities of Wijdewormer, Ilpendam and Purmerend come together.

      • 6. Grens with the municipality Purmerend

        From the latter point, the border follows the existing boundary between the communes of Wijdewormer and Purmerend to the point where the plots, cadabeam known commune of Wijdewormer, Section B, No. 299 and Municipality of Purmerend, Section E, No 2199 and 2200 come together. The border of the newly formed municipality of Wormerland is set up by the borders between the plots, cadastral known municipality Purmerend, Section E, No. 2200, 2198, 2196, 2193, 2191, 2189, 2059, 2187 and 2185, on the one hand, and 2185 on the one hand, and the municipality of Purmerend, Section E, No 2199, 2197, 2195, 2194, 2192, 2190, 2058, 2188 and 2186, on the other hand, to the point where this limit is specified.


Article 2

As from the date of reclassification, the boundaries of the municipalities to be referred to below shall be as far as they are not already in force in the Article 1 declared, modified in the manner described in each individual.

  • A. To the municipality Edam-Volendam is added a part of the municipalities of Zeevang and Katwoude. In addition, a section (Oosterweeren) of the municipality of Edam-Volendam will pass to the municipality of Zeevang, an animal that comes to the end of the border as follows:

    • 1. Grens with the new to form municipality Waterland

      This limit is to run as in Article 1, second paragraph (A) (2) It is defined.

    • 2. Grens in the IJsselmeer

      From the latter point, the new municipal border shall follow a straight line to the point with coordinates x = 136,378,50 and y = 501.166.91. Next, the new limit follows the existing provincial border to the point with coordinates x = 134.165.25 and y = 506.351.67. Next, the new frontier is formed by a line up to the point where the boundaries of the plots, cadastral known commune of Markerwaard, section V, No. Points 34 and 35 and the municipality of Edam, Section G, No 370 and 371 together.

    • 3. Grens with the municipality of Zeevang

      From the point where the borders of the plots, cadastral known commune of Markerwaard, Section V, No Points 34 and 35 and the municipality of Edam, Section G, No 370 and 371 together, the new municipal border is formed by the borders between the plots, the cadastral known municipality of Edam, Section G, No. 370, 372, 374, 376, 378, 380, 382, 384, 386 and municipality of Middelie, Section D, No 445, 447, 449, 451, 155, 162, 440, 453, 455, 457, 459 and 461, on the one hand, and the parcels cadabeam known municipality of Edam, Section G, No. 371, 373, 375, 377, 379, 381, 383, 385, 387 and municipality of Middelie, Section D, No 446, 448, 450, 452, 441, 454, 456, 458, 460 and 462, on the other, to the point where the parcels, cadastral known commune of Middelie, Section D, No 461 and 462 and Municipality of Edam Section E, No 498 taken together.

    • 4. Grens with the municipality Purmerend

      From the latter point, the border will follow the existing boundary between Edam-Volendam and Purmerend until the point is reached where this boundary description has been caught.

  • B. To the municipality Purmerend A section of the municipality of Zeevang and part of the municipality of Ilpendam to be removed is added. A section of the municipality of Purmerend (western runaway) will also be transferred to the new municipality of Wormerland, an animal that comes to the end of the border as follows:

    • 1. Grens with the new to form the municipality of Wormerland

      This limit is to run as in Article 1, second paragraph, point (c) (7) , is defined.

    • 2. Grens with the new to form municipality Landsmeer

      This limit is to run as in Article 1, second paragraph, point (B) (5) , is defined.

    • 3. Grens with the new to form municipality of Waterland

      This limit is to run as in Article 1, second paragraph, point (a) (1) , is defined.

    • 4. Grens with the municipality of Edam-Volendam

      This limit is to run as in this Article, point (a) (4) , is defined.

    • 5. Grens with the municipality of Zeevang

      From the point where the boundaries of the municipalities of Edam, Purmerend and Zeevang come together, the new frontier follows the existing boundary between the municipalities of Zeevang and Purmerend to the point where the borders of the plots, cadastral known municipality Kwadijk, Section B, points 756 and 757 and Municipality of Purmerend, Section I, nr. 246 taken together.       From the latter point, the new municipal border in the southern direction follows the existing boundary between the municipalities of Beemster and Purmerend to the point where the plots, cadastral known commune of Beemster, Section D, No. 2937 and municipality Purmerend, section E, No 2185 and 2186 come together.

  • C. To the municipality Graft-De Rijp parts of the municipalities of Jisp and Wormer to be removed are added, so that the new frontier is to be established as follows:

    • 1. Grens with the new to form the municipality of Wormerland

      This limit is to run as defined in Article 1, second paragraph, point (c) (2) .

    • 2. Grens with the municipality of Uitgeest

      From the In Article 1, second paragraph, point (c) (2) the new frontier follows the existing boundary between the communes Wormer and Uitgeest, to the point where the existing borders of the municipalities of Uitgeest, Wormer and Akersloot come together.

    • 3. Grens with the municipality of Akersloot

      From the latter point of view, the new frontier follows the existing frontier between the municipalities of Akersloot and Wormer, to the point where the existing borders of the municipalities of Akersloot, Wormer and Jisp come together. Next, the new frontier follows the existing boundary between the municipalities of Akersloot and Jisp, to the point where the existing borders of the municipalities Akersloot, Graft-De Rijp and Jisp come together.

  • D. To the Municipality Zaanstad A section of the municipality of Wormer and of the municipality of Oostzaan is added, in a way that the new frontier is to be established as follows:

    • 1. Grens with the new to form the municipality of Wormerland

      This limit is to run as in Article 1, second paragraph, point (c) (3) , is defined.

    • 2. Grens with the municipality of Oostzaan

      The new frontier follows the latter border until it reaches the point where the border between the plots, cadastral known municipality of Oostzaan, Section C, points 2191 and 1451 hits the latter border. From this point onwards, the new municipal border follows the border between the plots, cadastre known municipality of Oostzaan, Section C, nr. 2191 on the one hand, and Section C, No 1451, 1213 and 1451, on the other, to the existing border between the municipalities of Amsterdam and Oostzaan.

  • E. To the Municipality Eastern zaan A section of the municipality of Amsterdam is added and a part of Oostzaan is added to Zaanstad, an animal that comes to the point of walking the border as follows:

    • 1. Grens with the new to form municipality Landsmeer

      This limit is to run as in Article 1, second paragraph, point (B) (2) It is defined.

    • 2. Grens with the municipality of Amsterdam

    • 3. Grens with the municipality of Zaanstad

      This limit shall be determined as defined in Article F (2) of this Article.

    • 4. Grens with the new to form the municipality of Wormerland

      This limit is to run as in Article 1, second paragraph, point (c) (6) , is defined.

  • F. The border of the municipality Amsterdam In relation to the communes of Oostzaan, Landsmeer and Broek in Waterland, it is amended to follow the following steps:

  • G. To the Municipality Sea ang A part of the municipality of Edam-Volendam and the municipality of Zeevang is added to the municipality of Purmerend, and in that way the new border is to be set as follows:

    • 1. Grens with the municipality Purmerend

      This limit shall be determined as defined in this Article (B) (5).

    • 2. Grens with the municipality of Edam-Volendam

      This limit shall be determined as defined in Article A (3) of this Article.

    • 3. Grens in the IJsselmeer

      From the point where the existing border between the communes of Wester-Koggenland and Zeevang reaches the border with the area, cadastral known municipality Markerwaard, the new municipal border in eastern direction follows a line to the point with the coordinates x = 130,605,17 and y = 513,957,92. The new limit follows a line to the point with the coordinates x = 132.850,00 and y = 510.200,00. Next, the new boundary is formed by a line up to the point with coordinates x = 134.165.25 and y = 506.351.67. From this point, the new border follows a line up to the point where the plots, cadastral known commune of Markerwaard, section V, No 36, 35 and 34 come together, being the point where this border description was caught.

  • H. To the municipality Beemster A section of the municipality of Jisp is added, so that the new frontier is to be used as follows:

    • 1. Grens with the new to form the municipality of Wormerland

      This limit is to run as in Article 1, second paragraph, point (c) (1) , indicated.

    • 2. Grens with the municipality of Graft-De Rijp

      Next the new border follows the frontier between plots, cadastral known commune of Jisp, Section A, No 195 and 193 of the one part, and the No from the same municipality and section, 196 and 194, on the other, to the point where the parcels, cadastral known commune of Beemster, Section F, No 1002 and Municipality De Rijp, section C, nr. 343 and Jisp municipality, Section A, No 193 and 194 come together. From this point of view, the border follows the existing boundary between the municipalities of Beemster and Graft-De Rijp to the point where the municipalities Graft-De Rijp, Schermer and Beemster come together.

  • c. Wormerland instead of that of the municipalities to be removed Jisp, Wormer and Wijdewormer.

    expired from the date of reclassification.

    The authorities of the new communes of Landsmeer, Waterland and Wormerland are to be used in connection with the necessary provisions.
