In this regard, we considered that the Treaty on mutual assistance for the recovery of tax debts was concluded in Brussels between the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg on 5 September 1952, before being able to be ratified, Article 60 (2) of the Constitution the approval of the States-General, and that it is necessary to make provision for the provisions of the above Treaty;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
The Treaty of 5 September 1952 in Brussels, between the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, on mutual assistance for the recovery of tax debts, the text of which is to be found in Brussels on the basis of a Tractatenblad 1952, no. 137, is placed, is approved.
For the purpose of claiming tax liability here in accordance with the provisions of the Treaty, the authority to designate the authority to designate it shall be ordered to comply with the words: 'In the name of the person concerned, the authority shall:' Queen ", promulgated.
