Act of 12 December 2001 amending certain tax laws relating to the replacement of the guilds by the euro (Fiscale adjustment act EUR)

In this regard, we have taken the view that it is desirable to adapt the tax law in relation to the replacement of the guild by the euro;

In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

For the application of Article 30a of the Act on the reduction of payroll taxes and premiums for the public sector at the beginning of the calendar year 2002, the amount mentioned in: Article 8, first paragraph, part a, of the minimum wage law and minimum holiday allowances As it stands at the beginning of the calendar year 2001, it is fixed at € 1154,46.
