All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we have considered that a number of laws need to be adapted in connection with the introduction of the bachelor master structure in higher education;
that it is also desirable in the Law on higher education and scientific research and certain other educational laws to introduce improvements and additions of a mostly technical nature, inter alia, in relation to proven imperfections as a result of the introduction of accreditation in higher education and the introduction of the Bachelor-master structure in higher education;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

1 For the purposes of the articles referred to in paragraph 2, the person to whom a university or the Open University is the recipient of the Law on higher education and scientific research The degree Bachelor has been granted in the field of entitlement, shall be deemed to be the same as:
a. possession of a certificate of a propedeutic examination carried out successfully in an education in the field of scientific education in the field of law or in possession of an examination by the institution of an institution; mentioned in the introductory sentence, issued in supporting documents, which has been granted an exemption for that provision; and
(b) holds a certificate issued by the institution of an institution, mentioned in the introductory sentence, showing that in one of the years 2002 to 2006, during the period following the propedeutic stage of an education as referred to in Article 3 (2), part a with appropriate exams have been made, linked to educational units with a joint study machine of at least 120 credits.
The granting of an exemption shall be included in the examination of a tentamen.
2 The provisions referred to in paragraph 1 shall be:
a. the Article 2, first paragraph, first sentence , and 62, first paragraph, first sentence, of the AdvocateAct ,
c. the Article 29, third paragraph , and 30, 4th member, of the Loodsen Act ,
f. Article 98, third paragraph, second sentence, of the Aliens Act 2000 ,
g. Article 23, second paragraph, of the Implementing Law Rent Prices ,
h. Article 9, second paragraph, of the Seeds and Planning Act ,
i. Article 65, fourth paragraph, of the Information and Security Services Act 2002 ,
j. Articles 12, 1st paragraph , and 2, 4th paragraph, of the Law on the Council of State ,
k. Article 6, second paragraph, part a, of the Law on notarial office ,
l. Article 5, first paragraph, of the Law on Civil Justice , and
m. Articles 55b, second paragraph , and 55f, 1st member, of the Zeevaartcrew Act .
For the purposes of the Articles mentioned in: Article 8.1, second paragraph , be with the person to whom through a university or the Open University at which the Law on higher education and scientific research The degree Bachelor has been granted in the field of law and has also been granted the Master degree in the field of entitlement, the same as the person:
a. possession of a certificate of registration for the academic year 2002-2003 or the academic year 2003-2004 for a master's training in the field of law; and
b. to whom through a university or the Open University at which the Law on higher education and scientific research The degree Master in the field of entitlement has been granted in 2003 or 2004.
The text of the Chapter 5 , 18 and 19 and of the Annex to the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Research will be placed in the Official Gazette.
1 The articles of that law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts of such articles.
2 The Royal Decree referred to in paragraph 1 may provide that the following Articles shall be returned to and including the time specified in the following:
a. Article 5.2, part Ka, first and second member , until 19 June 2002,
b. Article 5.2, Part Y , until 1 September 2002,
c. Article 5.2, Part Z , until 1 September 2002, and
ed. Article 5.2, Part Zb , up to and including 1 September 2002.
To the extent that a general measure of management referred to in the following Articles has not been established within two years of the entry into force of this Act, the relevant Articles shall lapse:
a. Article 65 (4a) of the Information and Security Services 2002 ,
b. Article 2, fifth paragraph, of the Law on the Council of State ,
c. Article 12, second paragraph, of the Law on the Council of State ,
ed. Article 2, first paragraph, fourth sentence, of the AdvocateAct ,
e. Article 62, first paragraph, fourth sentence, of the AdvocateAct ,
g. Article 98, third paragraph, third sentence, of the Aliens Act 2000 ,
h. Article 6, fourth paragraph, of the Law on Notary Office ,
i. Article 1d (b), second paragraph, of the Law on Civil Justice ,
l. Article 29, third paragraph, second sentence, of the Loodsen Act ,
m. Article 30, fourth paragraph, third sentence, of the Loodsen Act ,
n. Article 55b, second sentence, second sentence, of the Zeevar crew law ,
o. Article 55f, second sentence, second sentence, of the Zeevaartcrew law ,
This law is cited as: Adaptation law establishing bachelor-master structure.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
