All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we have taken into consideration that it is desirable to have the scope of the Law normalization top officials public and semi-public sector to amend, in the field of general interest, the institutions and the subsidised bodies and introduce any technical amendments to this Act;
It is true that we, the Department of Consultative Affairs of the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have found and understand the same as We approve and understand:
For the calendar year 2013, for the purposes of the Articles 2.2 and 3.2 of the Law on standards of remuneration top officials public and semi-public sector for the term 'remuneration', the text of that law, as it was said on the day before the entry into force of this Act, is based.
1 This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it is placed and shall operate back to 1 January 2013.
2 By way of derogation from the first paragraph Article I, Part Ra , enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it is placed and operates back to 1 January 2014.
This law is cited as: WNT Adaptation Act.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and public servants who so far as to do so will keep their hands on the precise execution.
