    Embassy of Hungary in the Republic of Moldova has made a demarche regarding the accreditation of four persons as international observers to monitor the elections for the people's Assembly of Gagauzia U.T.A. November 20, 2016.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 and 63 para. (3) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with sections 5 and 15 of the Regulation relating to the status of observers and their accreditation procedure, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 332 of 24 October 2006, CEC h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Accrediting 4 persons, according to the list attached, as international observers on behalf of the Hungarian Embassy in the Republic of Moldova in order to monitor the elections for the people's Assembly of Gagauzia U.T.A. November 20, 2016.
2. In their work accredited persons will be guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the electoral code and the regulation relating to the status of observers and their accreditation procedure, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 332 of 24 October 2006, as well as international treaties to which Moldova is a party.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption and shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, in compliance with the provisions of the law on protection of personal data.
