Sărata Nouă, communal Council Leova, by decision No. 3.10 of 23 September 2016, raised in connection with absence without good reason from three consecutive meetings of the Council, the mandate of the hearing officer chosen Marcela's Julius list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova. Thus, it became vacant a counselor assigned to its nominees.
On the basis of electoral documents in its possession, Central Electoral Commission, the terms of the communal Council responsibility Sărata Nouă Alternate candidate Gabriel Ludmila in the list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, confirmed by the decision of the Court of the City of 25 June 2015.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 and art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with section 18 lit. c) and 29 of that regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Take note of the holidays to a mandate of the communal Council Sărata Nouă.
2. the mandate assigned to it by the communal Council, Sărata Nouă Leova, Alternate candidate Gabriel Ludmila in the list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova.
3. Ludmila preavizează Gabriel Adviser upon the obligation to respect the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
