The communal Council Carpineni, Hîncești district, by decision No. May 1/07 and 07/05.2 of 26 September 2016, raised in connection with absence without good reason from three consecutive meetings of the Council, the mandates of elected councilors Colța Ion on the list of the electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca" and Geoffrey Vladimir chose the Democratic party list in the Municipal Council Carpineni, Hîncești.
On the basis of electoral documents in its possession, Central Electoral Commission, the terms of the communal Council Carpineni incumbent candidates alternate list Rotaru Iurie electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca" and Gary Michael on the list of the Democratic Party of Moldova. Lists alternate candidates were confirmed by the decision of the Court of 25 June 2015 Hîncești.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 and art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with section 18 lit. c) and 29 of that regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Take note of holidays has two Municipal Council in its activity.
2. assign mandates to the Parish Council Carpineni, Hîncești, alternate candidates list Rotaru Iurie electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca" and Gary Michael on the list of the Democratic Party of Moldova.
3. preavizează Susanto and counseling Rotaru Macari Mikhail on the obligation to respect the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
