Ukraine's Central Electoral Commission has submitted, the Central Election Commission, an initiative on replacing electoral experts from the list of Mr. Mykhaylo Okhendovskyy international, accredited by the decision No. 351 of 6 October 2016, with Mr. Striganov Valerii.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 and 63 para. (3) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with sections 5 and 15 of the Regulation relating to the status of observers and their accreditation procedure, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 332 of 24 October 2006, the Central Electoral Commission decides: 1. nr. 351 of 6 October 2016 "With regard to the accreditation of international electoral experts on the part of the Central Electoral Commission of Ukraine, in order to monitor the elections of the President of the Republic of Moldova of 30 October 2016" is amended as follows:-under the heading of annex 1, the list of accredited persons "on the part of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine to monitor the elections of the President of the Republic of Moldova of 30 October 2016" is replaced by "Mr. Mykhaylo Okhendovskyy (citizen of Ukraine , passport), accredited by the decision No. 351 of 6 October 2016, with Mr. Valerii Striganov (citizen of Ukraine, passport).
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, in compliance with the provisions of the law on protection of personal data.
