Parish Council Secretary Marcăuţi, Briceni district, Central Election Commission requests the resignation of Councilors elected independent and Cara Vladimir Melnic Oleg elected Political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova", as well as the documents necessary for the award of mandates of Councillor the following alternate candidates.
Since it became an independent Councillor vacant, was reestablished the descending. After declining, as well as on the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the terms of the communal Council of their alternate Marcăuţi Borodatîi elected candidates independently and Leonid Slinciac Imran from the list of a political Party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova". Lists alternate candidates were confirmed by the decisions of the Court of 29 June 2015 Briceni and 30 December 2015.
Pursuant to article 1. 18, art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) (a). u), art. 133 paragraph 2. (10), (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. (2) (a). f) and paragraph 3. (3) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local elected officers, and in accordance with section 23, 27 and 29 of that regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Amounts in connection with applications for resignation, mandates independent Councillors elected and Cara Vladimir Melnic Oleg elected Political party "the party of Socialists of Moldova" in the communal Council Marcăuţi.
2. assign mandates to the Parish Council Marcăuţi, Briceni, Borodatîi alternate elected candidates independently and Leonid Slinciac Imran from the list of political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova".
3. Leonid preavizează Borodatîi Slinciac counseling and Imran on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
