The communal Council Enichioi, Cantemir district, by decision No. 05/05 (11)-XXVI of 23 September 2016, raised in connection with absence without good reason from three consecutive meetings of the Council, the mandate of the hearing officer chosen on the list Kenneth Obaidi's Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova.
Since the list of Deputy candidates of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova has been exhausted, was re-established as declining. After declining the largest numerical value shall be the list of candidates of the Democratic Party of Moldova.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the terms of the communal Council responsibility Enichioi Alternate candidate on the list George Zack Democratic Party of Moldova, confirmed by the decision of the Court of 25 June 2015 Cantemir.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (2) and article 3. 133 paragraph 2. (9), (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with section 18 lit. (c)), item 26 and item 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Take note of the holidays to a mandate of the communal Council Enichioi.
2. the mandate assigned to it by the communal Council Enichioi, Cantemir Alternate candidate on the list George Zack Democratic Party of Moldova.
3. Gheorghe preavizează Zack Adviser over the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
