I. S.e. "Radio" has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA, by application No. 08-4/40 of 19 January 2017, authorization for the retransmission of programme services of broadcasters ' local and abroad on State channels and frequencies in the management of its next term.
II. S.C. "RASV-TV" S.R.L. has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA, by application No. 17 of February 2nd, 2017, authorization for retransmission of television Studio "RASV-TV". Căuşeni, for next term.
During the meeting, members of the public the CCA recommended representative of S.C. "RASV-TV" offer services S.R.L. the inclusion of programs retransmitted to local television station "Studio", a proposal which was accepted.
As a result of the examination of applications and in accordance with the provisions of art. 28, 29 of the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI dated 27.07.06, of art. 30-35 of the regulation on the procedures and conditions for issuing licences and authorizations for retransmission, CCA

DECIDES: 1. To accept the request for the issue of authorisation for retransmission of programme services for the dissemination of local and foreign broadcasters on the channels and frequencies, for the next period of activity for a period of six years (PRO-(9)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, born DAMASCUS, c., o. GUŢUŢUI, m. OBI-HADIRCA, and d. VALENTINI).
1.1. To approve the programs Offer services of SE "Radiocommunications" (PRO-(9)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, born DAMASCUS, c., o. GUŢUŢUI, m. OBI-HADIRCA, and d. VALENTINI): • the tv channel "Moldova 1"-State network;
• Tv station "channel 2"-State network;
• Tv channel "Prime"-State network III;
The radio station "Radio Moldova"-1-supplying State RD;

• Tv channel "TV 5"-TV channel 8-Chișinău;
The radio station "Cba": 107.7 MHz frequencies-103.8 MHz, Cahul-105.4 MHz-Edineț and Trifești;
The radio station "Hit FM": 105.2 MHz frequencies-107.6 MHz,-Mîndreștii and-Ungheni 104.5 MHz;
The radio station "Vocea Basarabiei" 102.3 MHz-frequency: Strășeni;
The radio station "Focus Bulgaria": 97.0 MHz frequency-Taraclia.
2. recognizes the application of RASV-S.C. "relay" for Television Studio S.R.L. "RASV-TV". Căuşeni, for the next period of activity for a period of six years (PRO-(9)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, born DAMASCUS, c., o. GUŢUŢUI, m. OBI-HADIRCA, and d. VALENTINI).

"Radiocommunications" and SC "RASV-TV" S.R.L. will pay each a fee in the amount of $2500.
4. Bank details regarding payment of the fee for the issue of authorisation for retransmission: CCA Chisinau, Vlaicu Pircalab str., 46 c/f: 1006601004024 Ministry of Finance-State Treasury IBAN-MD95TRPAAA142310A00348AA fee for issuing authorisation for retransmission constitutes 2500 lei.
5. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise control and direction of digitization and the economics, finance and accounting.
6. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
