    The Organization "Committee for Open Democracy" from the United States of America, the qualified organization dealing in accordance with its Statute, protection of human rights and democratic values, has made an approach for the accreditation of three persons as international observers to monitor the second American tour ballot for the election of the President of the Republic of Moldova of 13 November 2016.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 and 63 para. (3) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with sections 5 and 15 of the Regulation relating to the status of observers and their accreditation procedure, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 332 of 24 October 2006, CEC h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Accrediting 3 people (according to the attached list) as observers on behalf of the international organization "Committee for Open Democracy" from the United States of America in order to monitor the second tour of elections for the President of the Republic of Moldova of 13 November 2016.
2. In their work accredited persons will be guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the electoral code and the Regulation relating to the status of observers and their accreditation procedure, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 332 of 24 October 2006, as well as international treaties to which Moldova is a party.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, in compliance with the provisions of the law on protection of personal data.
