    Association "hope and health" of the electronic media watchdog CCA submitted the notification of nr. 156 of 23 January 2017, by which he requested the CCA in order to support coverage, free of charge, to broadcasters under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova during the period from February to august 2017 3 social spots within the project "legal protection of parents/guardians and persons with intellectual disabilities and legal assistance in order to ensure the rights of persons with disabilities". Social spots are oriented to sensitize public opinion towards people with intellectual disabilities.
Also, public association "hope and health" has requested the CCA recommend broadcasters under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova producing several shows with a social character with/about/for people with intellectual disabilities.
As a result of the public debate, in accordance with the foregoing, and pursuant to the provisions of art. 39, 40, 41 the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of BCC is supervised and the Status approved by Decision No. 433-XVI dated 28.12.2006 on Moldova's Parliament, CCA DECIDES: 1. To advise broadcasters under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova going public, free of charge, from February to august 2017 3 social spots within the project "legal protection of parents/guardians and persons with intellectual disabilities and legal assistance in order to ensure the rights of persons with disabilities" (PRO-(7)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER , A, A: BARBALATA. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, c., o. GUŢUŢUI and d. VALENTINI).
2. To recommend the broadcasters under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova producing several shows with a social character with/about/for people with intellectual disabilities (PRO-(7)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, c., o. GUŢUŢUI and d. VALENTINI).
3. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise general direction, approval and monitoring licensing.
4. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the electronic media watchdog CCA.
