During the meeting the CCA of 7 October 2016 was proposed for further consideration application for renewal of licence issued by emission "URANIA" FM S.R.L. for the tv station "NTS".
In public debates, CCA members have had some objections and concerns towards the grid emission and the concept of service of General programs of this broadcaster, as a result it was decided to monitor the television station "NTS" in compliance with the General Concept of chapter service programs and "URANIA" FM S.R.L. has been granted the right to operate the audio-visual examination and approval until a final decision for the application for renewal of the license.
It is noted that on January 3, 2017, Enterprise Manager, Cassa, Vasilii about a new Grid, drawn up in accordance with the General Concept, but also the objections and proposals by members of the public in the context of the CCA meeting of 7 October 2016.
In this context, the Directorate has conducted monitoring TV, 13-19 December 2016, monitoring of programme service channel "NTS".

In accordance with the provisions of art. 24 of the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of BCC is supervised, of status, of art. 26 of the regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing licences and permits, approved under Resolution No. 433-XVI dated 28.12.2006 on Moldova's Parliament, and under laws presented by the organisation nominated, CCA DECIDES: 1. To grant the request for an extension of the license (with new forms of release Conditions to the licence for broadcasting the series AA No. 073662 from 13.10.2009), for a period of seven years, "URANIA" FM S.R.L. for the tv station "NTS" , whose service programs to be aired on the TV channel: 41-Taraclia, PAR = 27.0 dBW (PRO-(7)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, c., o. GUŢUŢUI and d. VALENTINI).

4. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise Direction and authorization and Licensing Service Economics, finance and accounting.
5. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
