    Repealed by HCEC475 from 22.10.16, 03.02.17-39/MO30 art. 127; force 22.10.16 to 12 September 2016, Mr. Andrei Nastase, a candidate for the position of President of the Republic of Moldova, appointed by the political party "platform dignity and Truth", to the Central Electoral Commission registration approach as a candidate in the presidential election of October 30, 2016, with the following documents: a) numbered lists and subscription by systematized;

The Commission notes that the statement about the suspension, during the election campaign, the functions held for persons falling within the scope of art. 13(2). (3) of the electoral code does not have to be filed, because the function of a lawyer, owned at the time by Mr. Andrei Nastase, not under these legal provisions.

Following the verification of the authenticity of the data of subscription by mailing lists, number 729, containing 20615 signatures, 2228 signatures were declared null and void. (1) and (2) of the electoral code. In these circumstances, the Working Group decided to ban the process of verifying the lists of subscription by, on the grounds that the minimum requirements laid down by law have been met.
At the same time, the Commission note that the initiative group of the candidate in support of Andrei Nastase has complied with the provisions of subparagraph (a), item 16. the Regulation on the financing of) groups initiative, approved by the CEC nr. 114 from august 18, 2016, and on 12 September 2016 has submitted a report on the flow of turnovers. In accordance with section 20 of the regulation, at the request of the Commission, in September 17, 2016, the initiative group came up with some corrections to the "other bins" and "charges" of the report, reflecting the amount expended for the making and destruction of the stamp. Thus, according to information contained in the report, the initiative group for the period of activity, accumulated income in the form of donations from legal and physical persons in the amount of 650 lei and expenses has been carried out for banking services totaling 200 lei, expenses for manufacture and destruction of the stamp totalling 200 lei, while the balance of turnovers at the end of the period being 250 lei.
Information flow turnovers into account "Intended initiative group" for the period 7-12 September 2016 was submitted on 12 September by the banking institution where the account was opened.
Given the fact that the legal provisions pertaining to the appointment and registration of the candidate to the President of the Republic of Moldova have been complied with, in accordance with article 10. 13, 15, 18, 26 and 38, para. (2) (a). 41 to 44), 48, para. (4), 100, 101 and 102 of the election code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with the provisions of the regulation relating to the particularities of designation and registration of candidates in the elections for the President of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 113 from august 18, 2016, and regulation concerning the drawing up, authentication, verification and presentation of petitions, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 2682 1 October 2014, the Central Electoral Commission h a t r and t ă e: 1. Record the Mr. Andrei Nastase as candidate for the position of President of the Republic of Moldova on behalf of the political party "platform Dignity and Truth" for the presidential election of October 30, 2016.

2. 5. Take note of the report of the Group of initiative relating to turnovers presented at flow on 12 September 2016, with subsequent corrections of 17 September 2016, ascertaining as drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the regulation on the financing of the initiative groups and approved by the CEC decision nr. 114 of 18 august 2016.
6. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
