Published: 03.02.2017 in Official Gazette No. 30-39 121 art no: date of entry into force: 22.10.2016 registered to approach Through the Central Election Commission on 21 October 2016, the Democratic Party of Moldova requests the Commission to replace Mrs Duck, Democratic Party of Moldova for the establishment of electoral districts electoral Council of district Briceni nr. 6, in connection with the filing of the resignation, with another candidate-Mr. Lupașco Ruslan.
Pursuant to article 1. 18, 26 para. (1) (a). c) and 33 of the election code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Point 2 of the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 193 of 9 September 2016 "With regard to the establishment of an electoral Council of Briceni rayon electoral district No. (6) ' is amended as follows:-shall be excluded from the membership of the electoral Council of Briceni rayon electoral district No. 6 Mrs. Duck, Democratic Party of Moldova; 
-include in the composition of the electoral Council electoral district Briceni rayon No. 6 Mr. Lupașco Ruslan-Cadet, Chief Engineer, JSC "RED Nord-Vest", electrical distribution networks branch Briceni, on behalf of the Democratic Party of Moldova.
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
