Briceni District Council Secretary of Central Election Commission resignation of Alderman Millers chose Yuri list on list of political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova".
   Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (2) and 22 (1) (a). u) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. (2) (a). f) and paragraph 3. (3) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local elected officers, and in accordance with paragraphs 23 and 30 of regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â r and t e: 1. Arises in connection with resignation, mandate and elected Alderman Hans Millers list political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova in Briceni District Council.
   2. It is hereby declared vacant a councilor in Briceni District Council.
   3. The Secretary of the District Council within Briceni, 10 days, will forward the necessary documents to the Central Election Commission award of the mandate of the next candidate on the list of alternate political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova".  
   4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
