Published: 06.01.2017 in Official Gazette No. 2-8 art Nr: 9 RMO39 03.02.17, MODIFIED from MO30-39/03.02.17 OMS155 from pag. 321 19.12.16, MO2-8/06.01.17 article 10 In accordance with the provisions of article 121, paragraph 4, of the education code, approved by law No. 152 from 17.07.2014, annex. 2. in law No. 142 from 07.07.2005 approving Nomenclature fields of vocational training and for training of speciality in higher education institutions, cycle; for the purposes of the provisions of the programme for the development of medical and pharmaceutical education in the Republic of Moldova for the years 2011-2020, approved by Government decision No. 1006 from 27.10.2010, concerning the alignment of the European postgraduate training requirements; pursuant to the provisions of point 7 of 37) and 9 (1) (i)) of the regulation on organization and operation of the Minis-Social Health, approved by Government decision No. 397 of 31 May 2011, ORDON: 1. Approving the nomenclature of specialities for post-graduate studies through residency, according to the annex.
2. Nomenclature of specialties for post-graduate studies through residency approved by this order, will be implemented beginning with the admission.
3. Specialties (majors) previous issue this injunction obtained and those in progress, still remain valid.
4. Specialization for training of educational institutions at the University and postgraduate medical and pharmaceutical profiles, approved by the Ministry of Economic Affairs on 27 December 2000 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 19-20/66 of 22 February 2001), it is considered obsolete.
5. medical personnel management Directorate will ensure the publication of this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
