Public sitting of 7 October 2016 were proposed for consideration applications for extension of right of emission licences issued radio stations: "Retro FM", "LIKE FM-РАДИО РУССКОЕ" and "good luck".
In public debates, CCA members have had some objections and concerns the conceptions of these programs services for the broadcasters. As a result, Board members have proposed monitoring of radio stations: "Retro FM", "LIKE FM-РАДИО РУССКОЕ" and "good luck" in compliance with the General Concept of chapter service programs, giving them at the same time, those institutions the right to broadcast and work up to the examination and approval of a final decision in respect of applications for renewal of the license.

IV. On 21 November 2016, by letter f/No., Company "Telesistem" S.R.L. has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA prolongation of the license series AA nr. 082905 from December 23, released for television station "TV Focus", whose service programmes to be broadcasted through networks of distributors and service through Mutiplexul in public debates, CCA members have had some objections and concerns the concept of service programs of this broadcaster. As a result, Board members have proposed monitoring television station "access" to the General Concept of compliance with Chapter service programs and their own domestic production and informational and analytic, giving him at the same time, this institution the right to broadcast and work up to the examination and approval of a final decision for the application for renewal of the license.
