Pursuant to article 1. 2(a) c) and art. 8 para. (2) of law No. 523-XIV of 16 July 1999 concerning public property of administrative-territorial units (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, no. 124-125, art. 611), with subsequent amendments and additions, art. 6 paragraph 1. (1) (a). ) and art. 14. (1) (a). b) of law No. 121-XVI dated 4 May 2007 on management and privatisation of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES: 1. shall provide, free of charge, with the consent of the Council, the town Vadul lui Voda, Chișinău, immoveables owned publicly owned State of the town Vadul lui Voda, in accordance with the annex.
2. Public Property Agency, jointly with the Council of the town Vadul lui Voda, Chișinău, will establish the Commission of the transmission and will ensure, within 60 days, the transmission of real estate set out in the annex to this decision, in accordance with the provisions of the regulation with regard to the mode of transmission of public property goods, approved by Government decision No. 901 of 31 December 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova , 2016, nr. 1, art. 2), as amended and supplemented.
     3. Land relations and cadastre Agency, at the request of the local government, will ensure the registration of ownership of real estate in question in the manner established by law.
