Pursuant to article 1. 6 and 14 of law No. 121-XVI dated 4 May 2007 on management and privatisation of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES: 1. shall provide, free of charge, from the management of the Directorate-General for administration buildings of the Moldovan Government in the administration of the Parliament Secretariat, administrative building. Chisinau, Sfatul Tarii str., 49, the cadastral number 162.0 m2, 0100519.174.01, and related land with area of 0.1741 hectares, the cadastral number 0100,519,174.
2. the transmission of the real estate shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the regulation with regard to the mode of transmission of public property goods, approved by Government decision No. 901 of 31 December 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, nr. 1, art. 2), as amended and supplemented.
3. Land relations and cadastre Agency, at the request of the holder of the right, will provide real estate registration entitlement in the real estate registry, as required by law.
