Pursuant to article 1. 8 para. (3) of law No. 523-XIV of 16 July 1999 concerning public property of administrative-territorial units (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, no. 124-125, art. 611), with subsequent amendments and additions, and art. 6 paragraph 1. (1) (a). a), art. 9 para. (2) (a). (b)) and art. 14. (1) (a). b) of law No. 121-XVI dated 4 May 2007 on management and privatisation of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES: 1. the transmission shall be accepted, free of charge, on the basis of the decision of the City Council of Rezina, from public property of administrative-territorial units in public ownership of Rezina region State administration, the Prosecutor-General, for the purpose of Prosecution location Rezina real estate, with the ground surface of 503 m2 with cadastral number 6701206007.01, and of the land plot with the area of 0.1331 hectares, the cadastral number 6701206007, located in the town. Rezina, 27 August str., nr. 64.2. Rezina City Council, jointly with the General Prosecutor's Office, will set up the Commission for the transmission and will ensure, within a month, transmitting the estate referred to in paragraph 1, in accordance with the provisions of the regulation with regard to the mode of transmission of assets owned, approved by Government decision No. 901 of 31 December 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, nr. 1, art. 2), as amended and supplemented.
3. Land relations and cadastre Agency will carry out cadastral documentation modification at the request of the holder of the right, in accordance with the provisions of the given decision.
