with respect to the application for registration of Mrs. Maia Sandu as candidate for the position of President of the Republic of Moldova, appointed by the political party "party of action and Solidarity" of the electoral symbol and representative of the advisory vote in the Central Election Commission and the person responsible for finance (Treasurer)

g) approach on the appointment of the representative of the advisory vote of the candidate in the Central Electoral Commission;
h) approach on the appointment of the person responsible for the finances of the candidate (Treasurer).
The Commission notes that the statement about the suspension, during the election campaign, the functions held for persons falling within the scope of art. 13(2). (3) of the electoral code does not have to be filed, because as Chairman of the political party "party of action and Solidarity ', held at the moment by Ms. Maia Sandu, do not fall within the scope of such legislation.
The set of documents presented to the Commission is annexed to the candidate's electoral symbol Maia Sandu for printing the ballot papers-/pas/-Word acronym of the name of the party written in Romanian language with lowercase font Verdana/Tahoma, framed between slashes.
As a representative of the advisory vote of the candidate in the Central Electoral Commission was appointed, Mr. S. Lara, for which he was presented the Act what evidencing higher education. As the person responsible for the finances of the candidate (Treasurer) was appointed Mr. Igor Grosu.
Materials submitted were verified and it was found that these meet the requirements of the electoral code.
Under the rules of teaching documents and receipt of subscription by presented by Ms. Maia Sandu, the Central Electoral Commission has received 918 lists for verification with signatures subscription by 24938 of supporters, outnumbered declared candidate from 23 of administrative-territorial units of the second level, in support of Mrs Maia Sandu as candidate to the Presidency of the Republic of Moldova. At the same time, the Commission notice that 40 lists were returned without being subject to verification, and 42 lists have not been returned to the Commission.
Following the verification of the authenticity of the data of subscription by the lists in 918, containing 24970 signatures, 2789 signatures were declared null and void. At the same time, it has been established that, of all signatures, the signature 22181 shall be deemed valid and meet legal requirements in support of the candidate to the position of President of the Republic of Moldova, încadrîndu-in limit requirements laid down in article 23. 102 paragraph 1. (1) and (2) of the electoral code.
At the same time, the Commission note that the initiative group of the candidate in support of Maia Sandu has respected the provisions of subparagraph (a), item 16. the Regulation on the financing of) groups initiative, approved by the CEC nr. 114 from august 18, 2016, and on 24 September 2016 has submitted a report on the flow of turnovers. According to the information contained in the report, the initiative group for the period of activity, accumulated income in the form of legal donations from persons in the amount of 59691.55 lei and expenses has been carried out for advertising, promotional materials, fuel, banking services and materials (stationery) in the total amount of 59691.55 lei.
According to item 18 of regulation precitat, banking institution, in which the account is opened with the words "intended for initiative group" will inform weekly, on Fridays, and on request, the Central Election Commission about monetary means deposited in this account, as set out in the annex. 5 to the regulation. Contrary to the above-cited provisions, banking institution where your bank account has been opened with the words "intended for initiative group" presented in a form other than that laid down in annex 5 of the said regulation, a single item of information relating to turnovers into account flow "initiative group" Intended for 13-28 September 2016 on 28 September 2016, however, was to present information both at 16 and on 23 September.
On 28 September 2003, the Commission filed the certificate indicating the bank account closure "initiative group" Intended by the initiative group in support of the candidate to the position of President of the Republic of Moldova, Mrs Maia Sandu, formed by the political party "Party action and Solidarity".

Given the fact that the legal provisions pertaining to the appointment and registration of the candidate to the President of the Republic of Moldova have been complied with, in accordance with article 10. 13, 15, 18, 26 and 38, para. (2) (a). 41 to 44), 48, para. (4), 100, 101 and 102 of the election code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with the provisions of the regulation relating to the particularities of designation and registration of candidates in the elections for the President of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 113 from august 18, 2016, the rules concerning the drawing up, authentication, verification and presentation of petitions, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 2682 1 October 2014 and the regulation on the financing of the initiative groups and approved by the CEC decision nr. 114 from august 18, 2016, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â r and t e: 1. dna is recorded as Maia Sandu candidate for President of the Republic of Moldova on behalf of the political party "party of action and Solidarity" for the presidential election of October 30, 2016.

3. It is confirmed as a representative of the advisory vote in the Central Election Commission for the period of election campaign Mr. S. Lara.
4. It is confirmed as the person responsible for finance (Treasurer), Mr. Igor Grosu.
5. Take note of the report of the Group of initiative relating to turnovers under flow situation 24 September 2016, ascertaining as drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the regulation on the financing of the initiative groups and approved by the CEC decision nr. 114 of 18 august 2016.
6. reminds the Romanian commercial bank S.A., Kishinev branch. 2, for failure to comply with point 18 of the regulation on the financing of the initiative groups and approved by the CEC decision nr. 114 of 18 august 2016.
