The communal Council Pleșeni, Cantemir district, by decision No. 05-5/29 august 2016 XXVI, raised in connection with absence without good reason from three consecutive meetings of the Council, the mandate of the hearing officer chosen list of Baba Gheorghe Moldovan Democratic Party.
Since the list of Deputy candidates of the Party Democratic Party of Moldova has been exhausted, was re-established as declining. After declining the largest numerical value shall be the list of candidates the electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca."
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the mandate of Municipal Council Pleșeni the responsibility of the candidate on the alternate list Munteanu V electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca", confirmed by the decision of the Court of Justice of 24 June 2015 Cantemir.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (2) and article 3. 133 paragraph 2. (9), (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with section 18 lit. (c)), paragraph 26 and 29 of regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Take note of the holidays to a mandate of the communal Council Pleșeni.
2. assign the mandate of Municipal Council Pleșeni, Cantemir, Alternate candidate Maj V on the list of the electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca."
3. the preavizează Advisor Maj V on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
