Cociulia Village Council, Cantemir district, by decision No. 06/02-XXVI on august 24, 2016, raised in connection with absence without good reason from three consecutive meetings of the Council, its mandate and elected Alderman Bernie Victor list of Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova. Thus became vacant a counselor assigned to its nominees.
On the basis of electoral documents in its possession, the mandate of the CEC Council Cociulia village bears the alternate candidate Alexei on the Pace of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, confirmed by the decision of the Court of Justice of 24 June 2015 Cantemir.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 and art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with section 18 lit. c) and 29 of that regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Take note of the holidays an Cociulia Village Council.
2. the mandate assigned to it by the Council, Cociulia village, Cantemir Alternate candidate Alexei on the Pace of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova.
3. The Pippi preavizează Adviser Alexei on the obligation to respect the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
