Under the regulation of the Ministry of regional development and construction of the Republic of Moldova, approved through Government decision No. 662 of 10 November 2009;
in accordance with the provisions of the NCM. "principles and 01.03 -96 methodology of settlement construction. The manner of elaboration of normative documents ";
considering the Protocol No. 01 of 20 January 2016 Technical Committee meeting of the CT-08 "electrical installations, automation, signalling and telecommunication," ORDON: 1. Approving the normative document NCM g. 01.03: "electrical Devices" by 2016.
2. The normative document NCM g. 01.03: "electrical Devices" 2016 shall be implemented from the date of publication of the order in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
3. Economic and technical regulations Directorate will:-conduct record this normative document in the established manner;
-ensure the publication of this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova;
-place this normative document on the website of the Ministry of regional development and Construction: www.ednc.gov.md under the heading "Normative construction";
-ensure multiplication of publication and upgrade in the established manner.
4. Since the entry into force of this order, shall be repealed 3.05.06 СНиП -85 "Электротехнические устройства".
5. The control over the execution of the present order is put in charge of Mr. Anatolie Zolotcov, Deputy Minister.
