By decision No. 25/144 of 26 September, the ACC approved the forms relating to the volume of information and broadcasting election emission spot of voter education and voter information.
Thus, during the reference period, from 105 broadcasters who have stated that they will be reflected on the campaign trail in the presidential election of 30 October 2016 101 only broadcasters (TV-, Radio-58 43) presented at the CCA forms concerning information about the volume of emission of and dissemination of spot electoral voter education and voter information.
Thus, 35 of the broadcasters said they have broadcast election advertising, and 4 did not show broadcasters forms concerning information about the volume of emission of and dissemination of spot electoral voter education and voter information, of which 2 tv stations: "Aiîn Aciîc" and "Gold" TV and 2 radio stations: "Plus FM Radio" and "7/7" Радио.
It should be mentioned that the broadcasters which have not submitted the forms relating to emission volume information and broadcasting election spots for voter education and voter information violated section 8 and 62 of regulation regarding the coverage of the electoral campaign in the presidential election of October 30, 2016, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 181 of 6 September 2016.
Public meeting of 24 October 2016, by decision No. 29/170, CCA has applied warning public broadcasters: S.C. "Aiîn-Aciîc" S.R.L., founder of television station "Aiîn-Aciîc", "INFORUSTIC" S.R.L., founder of radio FM Plus "and SC" GERMES-NORD S.R.L. ", founder of the radio station" Radio 7/7 "Радио, for derogations from the provisions of section 8 and 62 of regulation regarding the coverage of the electoral campaign in the presidential election of October 30, 2016 in accordance with article 5. 38 para. (1) (a). the broadcasting code).
Of those 56 of broadcasters (TV-, Radio-21 35) who have declared that they will hold election debates, during the period 10-16 October 2016, took just 8:10 tv stations ("good luck", "access", "Log", "reality TV" and "TV Gagauzia") and 3 radio stations ("CHEERS," "Radio Moldova" and "GRT FM").

"Aiîn-Aciîc" S.R.L., founder of television station "Aiîn-Aciîc", rehearsed for derogations from the provisions of point 3.1 lit. d) of emission licence No. 000079 series AC from 07.05.2015 and section 8 and 62 of regulation regarding the coverage of the electoral campaign in the presidential election of October 30, 2016, in accordance with article 5. 38 para. (2) (a). b) of broadcasting code (PRO-(7)-HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, a. CASTILLO, o. GUŢUŢUI, c. MÎŢU, m. OBI-HADIRCA, and d. VALENTINI).
2. Apply a fine amounting to 1800 lei "INFORUSTIC" S.R.L., founder of radio FM Plus ", for derogations from the provisions of point 3.1 lit. b) of emission License series A MMII No. 073678 from 13.10.2009 and section 8 and 62 of regulation regarding the coverage of the electoral campaign in the presidential election of October 30, 2016, in accordance with article 5. 38 para. (2) (a). b) of broadcasting code (PRO-(7)-HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, a. CASTILLO, o. GUŢUŢUI, c. MÎŢU, m. OBI-HADIRCA, and d. VALENTINI).
3. Apply a fine amounting to 1800 lei S.C. "GERMES-NORD S.R.L.", founder of the radio station "Radio 7/7" Радио, repeated for derogation from the provisions of point 3.1 lit. d) of emission licence No. 000015 series AC from 29.01.2014 and section 8 and 62 of regulation regarding the coverage of the electoral campaign in the presidential election of October 30, 2016, in accordance with article 5. 38 para. (2) (a). b) of broadcasting code (PRO-(7)-HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, a. CASTILLO, o. GUŢUŢUI, c. MÎŢU, m. OBI-HADIRCA, and d. VALENTINI).
4. radio and TV stations sanctioned will present within 3 days from the time the knowledge of this decision, the forms relating to emission volume information and broadcasting election spots for voter education and voter information.

7. In accordance with the provisions of art. 38 para. (9) of the broadcasting code, this decision may be appealed directly to the Court, without the need for a prior complaints.
8. The decision is enforceable as of the date of its adoption and to the knowledge of the broadcaster concerned by registered letter, with subsequent publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
