In accordance with paragraph 6, article 24) of the law on the supervision of public health no. 10-XVI dated February 3, 2009 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, no. 67, art. 183), Government Decision No. 564 of 10 September 2009 "on approval of the regulation laying down the health conditions for the placing on the market of bio destructive products" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010 No. 144-147, 630) the Government decision, the Republic of Moldova No. 533 of 13 July 2011 "on approval of the list of fee-based services and tariffs in the field of public health, provided to natural and legal persons" (Official Gazette, no. 2011, 118-121), Ministry of Health Order No. 299 of 6 May 2010 "on the registration of bio destructive products" and its subsequent amendments, in the base of positive decision of the Commission of experts for the recording of bio destructive products (process no. 37 from 02.11.2016) and in accordance with point 9 of the regulation on the organisation and functioning of the Ministry of health approved by Government decision No. 397 of 31 May 2011, ORDON: 1. To register and to permit the placing on the market of Republic of Moldova biodistructiv FD 312 product (annex).
2. The Secretary of the Commission of experts will include registration of bio destructive products biodistructiv product registered in the national register of bio destructive products.
3. To publish this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
