In accordance with the application made at the time of 24.11.2016 by the savings and Loan Association of citizens "TOBULTOC" (village, Raion Ștefan Volintiri Voda, 1003608002855 BE ISSUED IDNO), in liquidation, pursuant to art. 1, art. 9 para. (1) (a). c), art. 21. (2), art. 22 paragraph 1. (3) and article 3. 25 para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), art. 46 para. (1) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (2) of the law on savings and loan associations no. 139-XVI from 21.06.2007 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 112-116, article 506), the national MARKET FINANCIAREDECIDE: 1. it cancels the suspension of operations at the bank accounts of savings and Loan Association of citizens "TOBULTOC" in the process of liquidating, enforced by order of the National Commission of Financial Market nr. 10/5 from 11.03.2010 "With regard to the suspension of operations at the bank accounts of savings and loan associations of citizens" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, 39-40, art. 165).
2. To inform the main State Tax Inspectorate and the commercial bank Moldova Agroindbank S.A. regarding the cancellation of the suspension of operations at the bank accounts of savings and Loan Association of citizens "TOBULTOC".
3. control of the execution of this Ordinance be put in charge of the general collective investments and microfinance.
4. this Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of financial market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
