    Following the examination of the application for a licence, having Insurance Company "GROUP CHORD" (80/1 Decebal Blvd, mun. Chisinau, 1002600007813) on WHOSE BEHALF the completion of Class 1 with new insurance conditions to the licence, in accordance with article 8 c) and para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), art. 24 para. (5) of law No. 407-XVI dated 21.12.2006 "insurance" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 47-49, art. 213), article 15, article 18 para. (6) and paragraph 3. (8) of law No. 451-XV of 30.07.2001 on regulating through licensing of entrepreneurship "(republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 26-28, art. 95), the regulation on the requirements for the contents of the insurance conditions for voluntary insurance classes, approved by Decision of the National Commission of financial market nr. 55/6 of proof regarding (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 198-210, art. 724), the national MARKET FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE : 1. reperfectează Insurance Company License "AGREEMENT GROUP" series NCFM nr. 000741, issued on 16 March for the right to carry on insurance business (life insurance) by substitution of the annex to the class 1 license with the completion of "Accident Insurance" with the special conditions of insurance against accidents and illnesses.
2. the fee for license of the keeping of 585 lei poured over the Authority's budget.
3. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Directorate-General for insurance supervision.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
