Following the examination of the application for a licence, having Insurance Broker-reinsurance DESTINIES ASIG "S.R.L. (Grigore Vieru Blvd 16, AP. 1, mun. Chisinau, 1013600029529) on WHOSE BEHALF the modification of legal address and address of business licensed under article 8 c) and para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), article 15, article 18 para. (6) and paragraph 3. (8) of law No. 451-XV of 30.07.2001 on regulating "through the licensing of entrepreneurship" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 26-28, art. 95), the national MARKET FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE: 1. the insurance broker's license reperfectează-reinsurance DESTINIES ASIG "S.R.L. NCFM No. 000743 series, released on 25 October 2013, indefinitely, for the right to carry out the activity of intermediation in insurance and reinsurance by changing the legal address and address of business licensed from Mihail Kogălniceanu str. 87, mun. In Chişinău, Grigore Vieru Blvd 16, AP. 1, mun. Chisinau, issuing a new licence form.
2. It is recognized invalid form of licence No. 000743 NCFM series previously issued Insurance Broker-reinsurance DESTINIES ASIG "S.R.L. 3. The license fee for the keeping of 325 lei and the fee for issuing a licence in size 325 lei poured over the Authority's budget.
4. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Directorate-General for insurance supervision.
5. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
