Pursuant to law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), article 8, subparagraph (a). m) and lit. a), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities: 1.1 reduction of registered capital of the joint stock Company "DRAINAGE" (str. Uzinelor 188, mun. 1003600079969, on WHOSE BEHALF) with 1001870 lei by cancellation of Treasury shares 100187. The share capital of the company after the reduction will be 490160 lei, being divided into the ordinary nominative shares 49016 nominal value 10 lei with the State registration number MD14RENA1005.
1.2 Exclusion and cancellation of previously issued securities of the companies limited by shares:-"IAMOCS-SERVICE" (1003600151779 on WHOSE BEHALF) in 237763 number of registered ordinary shares with the State registration number MD14IAMO1005 as a result of the liquidation;
-"DACIA" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1003606011589) with a number of ordinary nominative shares 3850 with the State registration number MD14ODAC1002 as a result of the liquidation;
-"FABRICA DE PRODUSE LACTATE SUT" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1003611001344) with a number of ordinary nominative shares 129505 with the State registration number MD14SUTS1008 as a result of the liquidation;
-"METALCOM" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1002600044849) with a number of 1373026 ordinary nominative shares with the State registration number MD14TALC1007 as a result of the liquidation.
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
