Under the regulation of the Ministry of regional development and construction of the Republic of Moldova, approved by Government decision No. 662 of 10 November 2009;
in accordance with the provisions of the NCM. "principles and 01.03 -96 methodology of settlement construction. The manner of elaboration of normative documents ";
considering the Protocol No. 2 of 30 September 2016 Technical Committee meeting of the CT-04 C "Zoning and Planning," ORDON: 1. Approving the normative document NCM b. 01.01:2016 "systematization of planning and of the municipalities. Terms and definitions ".
2. The normative document NCM b. 01.01:2016 "systematization of planning and of the municipalities. Terms and definitions "shall be implemented as from 01.07.2017.
3. Economic and technical regulations Directorate will:-conduct record this normative document in the established manner;
-ensure the publication of this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova;
-place this normative document on the website of the Ministry of regional development and Construction: www.ednc.gov.md under the heading Normative construction;
-ensure multiplication of publication and upgrade in the established manner.
4. This order shall be repealed by order No. 100 the Agency from 27.12.2005 construction and territorial development of the Republic of Moldova, approving NCM b. 01.01 -2005.
5. The control over the execution of the present order is put in charge of Mr. Anatolie Zolotcov, Deputy Minister.
