    Pursuant to article 1. 49 para. (4) of law No. 60 of 30 March 2012 on social inclusion of persons with disabilities (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, nr. 155-159, art. 508), with subsequent amendments and additions, the Government DECIDES: 1. It approves the regulation on the method of calculating and payment of compensation for transport services, according to the annex. 1.2. Responsibility for the implementation of the provisions of the given decision is put in charge of the municipal and District Councils/Executive Board of the autonomous territorial unit Gagauzia.
3. District/Municipal Councils and the Executive Committee of the autonomous territorial unit Gagauzia will pay compensation in full to beneficiaries for public transport journeys in urban, suburban and interurban (except for taxis) on the year 2016 and annual compensation for expenses relating to transportation services, including arrears formed payout listed for previous years, as appropriate, in accordance with the legislation in force until 1 January 2017.
4. District/Municipal Councils and the Executive Committee of the autonomous territorial unit Gagauzia, before 1 March of the year following that of management, will present the Ministry of labour, social protection and family and the Ministry of Finance's annual report on the implementation of the provisions of the given decision.
5. Control over the achievement of this judgement is put in charge of the Ministry of labour, social protection and family and the Ministry of finance.
6. this decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2017.
7. Following the entry into force of this judgment shall be repealed some of the Government's decisions, according to the annex 2.
