As a result of the examination of the application of the savings and loan Association "CARBUNA" (Carbuna village, Ialoveni district, on WHOSE BEHALF 1005600003908) concerning the withdrawal of the licence and its voluntary submission, pursuant to art. 8 lit. c), art. 25 para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), art. 32 para. (1) of the law on savings and loan associations no. 139-XVI from 21.06.2007 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 112-116, article 506), art. 8 para. (1) (a). c) point 36), art. 21. (2) (a). the Act No.) 451-XV of 30.07.2001 on regulating "through the licensing of entrepreneurship" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 26-28, art. 95), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of financial market DECIDES: 1. Withdraw the license savings and loan Association "CARBUNA" of the CNPF series nr. 000265, released on 10 July 2009, indefinitely, for conducting the activity of savings and loan associations of category 2.    Control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Directorate-General for collective investments and microfinance.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of financial market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
