Published: 30.12.2016 in Official Gazette No. 478-490 art No.: 2301 date of entry into force: 21.10.2016 Association "Expert Forum" in Romania has submitted to the Central Election Commission, an approach for the accreditation of 6 persons as international observers to monitor the elections of the President of the Republic of Moldova of 30 October 2016.
"Expert Forum" of Romania is an association dealing with qualified, according to the Statute, protection of human rights and democratic values.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 and 63 para. (3) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with sections 5 and 15 of the Regulation relating to the status of observers and their accreditation procedure, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 332 of 24 October 2006, the Central Electoral Commission decides: 1. Accrediting 6 people (according to the attached list) as international observers from the Association "Expert Forum" in Romania to monitor the elections of the President of the Republic of Moldova of 30 October 2016.
2. In their work, people will always remain accredited by the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the electoral code and the regulation relating to the status of observers and their accreditation procedure, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 332 of 24 October 2006, as well as international treaties to which Moldova is a party.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, in compliance with the provisions of the law on protection of personal data.
