By decision No. 4772 from May 31, 2016, the Central Election Commission has raised in connection with the resignation, the mandate of the hearing list Ion Cojocaru elected Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova in the village Council Coșernița, Floreşti district. At that time the Commission has been unable to assign the mandate of Councilor candidate alternate from the list of its nominees because the District Court decision in Florești validation of alternate candidates in the list of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova has not included it and Mrs. Chad. Subsequently, Florești District Court issued on 22 July 2016 a discharge for correction. That conclusion came to the Commission on 30 September 2016.
On the basis of electoral documents in its possession, Central Electoral Commission, the mandate of village Council candidate bears the alternate Coșernița Chad Ana on the list of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova, confirmed by the conclusion of the Meeting of 22 Court July 2016.
Pursuant to article 1. 18, art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with section 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission decides: 1. To be attributed to the mandate of the village Council Coșernița, Florești, Alternate candidate Chad Ana on the list of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova.
2. Chad Is on the Councilor Ana preavizează the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in its case.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
