In accordance with the provisions of article 74 of the law of public finances and budgetary-fiscal responsibility no. 181 of 25 July 2014, article 28 of the law on local public finance no. 397-XV of 16 October 2003, article 38 of the Act on accounting No. 113-XVI of 27 April 2007, ORDON: In order of the Minister of Finance No. 49 dated 15 April 2016 "approving the deadlines for the submission of financial reports on the first half and 9 months of the year 2016" the following amendments shall be made 1. Annex 1 "deadlines for presentation of the financial statements on the first half and 9 months of the year 2016 by central public authorities" shall be replaced with the annex 1 to this order.
2. Annex 2 "time limits for the submission of financial reports on the first half and 9 months of the year 2016 by the directions FAILED to finance" shall be replaced with the annex. 2 to this order.
3. This order comes into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
