In order to ensure the compliance of insurance-reinsurance Broker "SANI-ASIG" S.R.L. (on WHOSE BEHALF 1012600016818) the requirements established by legislation activity with regard to the obligation to transfer the insurer insurance premiums collected on its behalf, in due term provided for in the contract of mandate, under article 1 para. (1), article 3, article 8 b), art. 9 para. (1) the letter c), art. 20, para. (1) article 21 paragraph 1. (2), article 22 para. (1) and paragraph 1. (3), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), article 49 paragraph 3. (61) in accordance with law No. 407-XVI dated 21.12.2006 "insurance" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 47-49, art. 213), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. Suspend operations at bank accounts of insurance-reinsurance Broker "SANI-ASIG" S.R.L., with the exception of the above mentioned accounts, for the payment of the penalty and payment in full volume of debts registered in relation to the International Insurance Company "ASITO" JSC in accordance with the legal provisions.
2. extraction Operations of funds shall be carried out by persons with the function of liability insurance-reinsurance Broker "SANI-ASIG" S.R.L. with the prior consent of the National Commission of financial market.
3. To inform the main State Tax Inspectorate and banks relating to restrictions applied to insurance-reinsurance Broker "SANI-ASIG" S.R.L. 4. Control over the execution of this order shall be put into the task of the Directorate-General insurance supervision.
5. this Decree shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
