Following the examination of the application of reissuing a license Broker de Asigurare-Reasigurare "partner-BROKER" S.R.L. (str. 31 August 1989, nr. 31, mun. Chisinau, 1008600051368) on WHOSE BEHALF the exclusion of addresses of business license of the licensed, pursuant to article 8 c) and para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), article 14 para. (7), article 15, article 18 para. (6) and paragraph 3. (8) of law No. 451-XV of 30.07.2001 on regulating through licensing of entrepreneurship "(republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 26-28, art. 95), NATIONAL BOARD of FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE MARKET:

1. the insurance broker's license reperfectează-reinsurance BROKER-PARTNER "series No. NCFM S.R.L. 000763, issued on 23 May 2014, indefinitely, for the right to pursue the activity of insurance mediation and/or reinsurance broker, by the substitution of the annex to the licence the following addresses of licensed activity:-str. Tudor Strișca 10, mun. Chişinău;
-str. Mircea cel Bătrîn, 7. Chişinău;
Ion Pelivan-str. 30/4, AP. 2, mun. Chişinău;
-str. 4 Railwaymen. Donduşeni district;
Moldova-str. 14, of 1. Făleşti;
-str. Ștefan cel Mare 131st. Soroca;
Renaissance-str. 1, or. Cupcini.
2. the fee for license of the keeping of 325 lei poured over the Authority's budget.
3. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Directorate-General for insurance supervision.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
