Pursuant to article 1. 94 para. (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the Moldovan President d e c r e t e z: article 1. -Is constituted by the National Commission for the implementation of Individual action plan Republic of Moldova-NATO Partnership in the following members: Chairman Andrei GALBUR-Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European integration Deputy Chairman ȘALARU Anatolie-Minister of Defense Secretary Emil DRUC-head of the Directorate-General for multilateral cooperation Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European integration: BAILEY V. Chairman of the Commission for foreign policy and European integration of Parliament Roman BOȚAN-Chairman, Committee on national security , defence and public order of Octavian CALMIC Parliament Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of economy Octavian ARMAȘU-Finance Minister Vladimir GONCALVES-Minister of Justice BASHIR Abbasi-Interior Minister MAJ Heather Environment Minister Magrin-director of the information and Security Service of the Republic of Moldova HARUNJEN E Deputy Prosecutor General Alexei BARBĂNEAGRĂ-Adviser to the President of the Republic of Moldova in the field of defence and national security , Secretary of the Supreme Security Council DUCA Gheorghe-President of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova MÂRZAC Elena-director of the Center for information and documentation on NATO.
Article 2.-the National Commission: a) will ensure continued implementation of the Individual Partnership Action Plan Republic of Moldova-NATO;
b) will inform the President of the Republic of Moldova about the implementation of Individual action plan Republic of Moldova-NATO Partnership.
Article 3.-the Government and the public authorities shall provide the Commission with the information necessary for its activity and will assist multilateral.
Article 4.-shall be repealed Presidential Decree nr. 1767-September 29, 2015 in establishing the National Commission for the implementation of Individual action plan Republic of Moldova-NATO Partnership.
