Under article 6 para. (1) (a). A1) and art. 14 para. (1) (a). c) of law No. 121-XVI dated 4 May 2007 on management and privatisation of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES: 1. shall provide, free of charge, without right of disposal, the Ministry of economy management, organizational management for attracting investments and promoting Exports from Moldova, in the administration of the Ministry of education, Technical University of Moldova public property, property of the State, in accordance with annex.
2. the Ministry of Economic Affairs, jointly with the Ministry of education will set up the Commission for the reception and transmission of assets will provide the annex to this decision within 30 days in accordance with the provisions of the regulation with regard to the mode of transmission of public property goods, approved by Government decision No. 901 of 31 December 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, nr. 1, art. 2), as amended and supplemented.
