Under article 6 para. 2. a1) and art. 14 para. (1) (a). c) of law No. 121-XVI dated 4 May 2007 on management and privatisation of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES: 1. shall provide, free of charge, from the administration of the public property Agency in the administration of the Ministry of Justice, in the management of State Enterprise "underground city", the estate of "Mecita" with total area 709.8 m2 located in Odessa, Belgorod-Dnestrovsk district, the town of Zatoka, Lazurnaia str. 101, which are public property.
2. Public Property Agency, jointly with the Ministry of Justice, the Commission will set up the transmission and will ensure, within 30 days, making the transmission of immovable property referred to in paragraph 1, in accordance with the provisions of the regulation with regard to the mode of transmission of public property goods, approved by Government decision No. 901 of 31 December 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, no.1 , art. 2).
     3. The Ministry of Justice will provide registration of real estate in question as the property of the Republic of Moldova in the management of State Enterprise "underground city", in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
