Pursuant to law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), article 8, subparagraph (a). m) and lit. a), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of financial market DECIDES: 1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities: 1.1 reduction of registered capital of the joint stock Company "BESSARABIAN" PLAI (55 Calea Ieșilor, Chisinau municipality. 1003600093752, on WHOSE BEHALF) with voiding 180400 lei of Treasury actions 45100. The share capital of the company after the reduction will be split 65420 lei, in ordinary nominative shares 16355 nominal value of 4 lei with the State registration number MD14BASI1004.
1.2 Exclusion and cancellation of previously issued securities of the public limited Company:-"DESIRE FARM" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1011600007002) with a number of ordinary nominative shares 5000 with the State registration number MD14DIFA1007 as a result of the liquidation;
-Limited Company "D" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1003600009397) with a number of 129088 ordinary nominative shares with the State registration number MD14DALI1009 as a result of reorganization by transformation into a limited liability company.
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
