Pursuant to article 1. 8 para. (2) of law No. 523-XIV of 16 July 1999 concerning public property of administrative-territorial units (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, no. 124-125, art. 611), with subsequent amendments and additions, art. 6 paragraph 1. (1) (a). ) and art. 14. (1) (a). b) of law No. 121-XVI dated 4 May 2007 on management and privatisation of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, the Government DECIDES: 1. shall provide, free of charge, with the agreement of the respective local councils, public property of the State in the administration of the Ministry of economy in public property of administrative-territorial units, in accordance with annexes no. 1-5. Goods forwarded will be used exclusively for the needs of local public authorities, without the right of disposal.
3. Transmission of movable assets shall be made in accordance with the regulation on mode of transmission of public property goods, approved by Government decision No. 901 of 31 December 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, nr. 1, art. 2), as amended and supplemented.
